Operation SERVE
Supporting the Engagement and Recovery of Veterans with Equines
Operation SERVE is designed for veterans, first responders and their families who have an interest in learning more about horses and potentially volunteering in our adaptive riding program after completing an 8 week course.
Each Veteran is teamed with an equine to learn horse care and ground work in a relaxing environment.
Ideal Candidates...
Are interested in horses
Are interested in volunteering to help children, adults or other veterans in the future
Can lift 50lbs
Can remain standing or walking for 2 hours
Are willing to complete all necessary paperwork (including a physician consent form and a background check)
